Fatty Liver

Health is wealth, is an old saying but still holds quite a lot of value.

Liver is considered one of the vital organs of the body which is responsible for producing biochemicals necessary for digestion.  It helps in making proteins and is essential for blood clotting and other important functions.

The organ helps the body to fight off infections, controls cholesterol and also removes toxins.  As a matter of fact, our body stores fat in different parts of the system which is later used as insulation and energy.

The accessory digestive gland is partially made up of fat, but in case, the fat concentrations goes high, then a person may suffer from fatty liver, which is not good for health.

There are two types of fatty liver disease, one- alcoholic induced and another non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.  Here are the food items which you must include in your daily diet, if you have a fatty liver.
